Yes. You can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account helps you track orders and receive updates easily.
Yes. You can change or cancel your order within the allowed time after confirmation using your order number. This depends on the delivery model and must be done before processing.

We accept Telebirr, EthSwitch, Cash on Delivery, and CyberSource.
Yes. All transactions are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways.
We deliver across Ethiopia, including major cities and regional towns, and internationally to 192 UPU member countries through designated postal operators.
Orders are delivered by Ethiopost for nationwide deliveries and through international designated postal operators for international shipments.
Intercity deliveries take up to 2 hours. Local economy deliveries take up to 3 days. Local express deliveries reach major cities within 1 day and local towns within 2 days. International economy deliveries take up to 11 days, while international express deliveries take up to 5 working days.
After shipment, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can track your order at www.ethio.post/tracking or https://postgebeya.ethio.post/track-order.
Available options include replacement, stock credit, or a full refund.
Domestic products can be returned within 3 days of delivery. International products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Customers cover the return cost if the error is theirs. Post Gebeya covers the return cost if the error is made by Post Gebeya.

No. Personalized products, perishable items, underwear, opened beauty products, and used items cannot be returned.
