1. General Use Conditions Disclaimer

The Ethiopost E-commerce Platform (“Platform”) is provided to facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers. While Ethiopost strives to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and security of the Platform, we do not guarantee that all content, pricing, or product details displayed are error-free. Users are advised to verify product details, prices, and availability before making any purchase.

2. Product Listing & Vendor Responsibility Disclaimer

All products, descriptions, images, and prices displayed on the Platform are provided directly by the respective vendors. Ethiopost does not manufacture, own, or directly supply these products unless explicitly stated. Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring that their products comply with all applicable laws, quality standards, and safety requirements. Post Gebeya is not liable for inaccuracies, defects, or misrepresentations made by vendors.

3. Order Fulfillment & Delivery Disclaimer

Delivery timelines shown on the Platform are estimates and may vary due to product availability, customs clearance, logistical processes, or other external factors. Post Gebeya will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, force majeure events, or third-party logistics partners.

4. Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Payment Disclaimer

For Cash-on-Delivery orders, customers must make full payment at the time of delivery before the package is handed over. Failure to pay without a justified reason will result in the order being returned to Ethiopost, and return shipping costs may be charged to the customer. Customers must ensure that they or an authorized representative are available at the delivery address during the scheduled delivery window.

5. Customs & Import Duties Disclaimer (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed on the Platform. Post Gebeya is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from customs processing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ethiopost shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
